Lead the promo versioning and affiliate production process for the Food Network Brand Creative team, coordinating with editors and sound mixers on final delivery and sending final deliveries to the Director of Partner Marketing.
Serve as cross-departmental liaison between Brand Creative, Programming, Show Production, and external partners, coordinating high-volume footage requests and campaign asset deliveries through Aspera and internal systems.
Manage footage requests flowing between show production, editors, and external production companies, working with programming and show production to obtain show cuts, high-resolution selects, and audio for promo and social campaigns.
Produce affiliates, versioned promos, and social deliverables in collaboration with Avid-based editors, using Adobe Creative Cloud to transcode footage and create reference cutdowns tailored to different formats, audiences, and placements.
Perform detail-oriented quality control on final promo, social, and HBO Max Product Browsing Video (PBV) deliverables, identifying and flagging picture, graphics, and audio issues before release so every spot aligns with brand standards.
